Prevent T2 Participant Guidebook
This is your essential guide for the entire program (200 pages). It contains all the session handouts you’ll use in each episode. Make sure to download and keep it handy as you listen to the podcast episodes.
Weekly Fitness Log
Use this log to track your daily and weekly physical activity. Remember, the goal is to reach at least 150 minutes of moderate activity each week. Keep yourself accountable by logging your activity here.
Action Plan Journal
